Yes there are good people out there who are willing to be in charge and truly change this country for good, but its seems democracy as a system of Government is not working for us. There are Factors however that has hindered the effectiveness of Democracy in our dear Nation. Some of which includes. ⭐ Lack of Participation in Political Activities ⭐ Religion Sentiment. ⭐ Nepotism ⭐ Favoritism ⭐ Over Supremacy of Some political Parties. This Are just But Few to be Mentioned, But One Of the most killing factors is religion Sentiment, People no longer Vote for competency, some Vote because they are From The Same religion with a Particular Candidate, or same tribe or even same Political party. Without any Atom of Fear, I stand to Say our past and Present Leaders have Failed us Woefully, But one
